James also believes that passion is what keeps you excited, patience must be consistently practiced and requires discipline, and persistence is about the never-ending pursuit, the reason to win, and the reason why James never gives up!

James is a person who takes the time to listen, and his coworkers attest to his consideration and involvement in the industry. He loves getting lost in the details and seeing things from multiple angles and perspectives, and this has served him well for 7 years in real estate! Being in the industry for this period has shown James how much agents affect the people they represent and the places they live and work. Watching his clients move from their starter homes to expanding family homes has shown him the intricacies of the “housing ladder.”

Previously James worked in the hospitality industry. He ensured that anyone in his restaurant felt like they’d been personally invited to a dinner party, with him as the host. James took the time to get to know his regulars, and a few of them became his friends! They’re still rooting for his success in the real estate industry.

In his spare time, James enjoys spending time with his family. James also volunteers with the local, state and National REALTOR® organizations. He has been a past president of our local organization and chaired various committees at the state and local associations. Currently James is serving as the Vice President of Government Affairs for the State of Washington 2025/2026. I believe that to be truly involved is one of the best ways to create insight and challenge myself professionally.
