Since moving to Columbia, South Carolina in 2009, I’ve come to truly appreciate everything this vibrant city and the beautiful Lake Murray area have to offer.

Originally from Upstate New York, I earned a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the State University of New York at Cortland, along with an associate's degree in psychology. My professional background has always centered around sales and customer service—fields that have sharpened my ability to listen, understand, and deliver real results.

James was far superior to our previous agent. Had made the process easy and was very helpful. He was always responsive and kept us up to date on the process of selling our house the entire way. I would 10 out of 10 times use him again. His professionalism and dedication to his work are in my opinion, what sets him apart from those he works with in the industry!
