I’ve been in business for 37 years. I’ve had the opportunity to work with professionals at all levels. When it came to listing my own home, I wanted to be sure I had someone who was not only local but was easy to work with. It’s an emotional time when you sell your home of 32 years. I can’t say enough about Jim Harrington. Jim was forthright about what we should do and guided us through the process which was seamless. If you really want a great realtor you need to have someone who really cares about you and your goals. Someone who is honest and responsive. I would highly recommend Jim Harrington to anyone without hesitation. Thanks Jim.

After having a house fire in the place I was renting due to poor electrical work and almost losing my pets, I decided it was time to buy my first house. James (Jim) Harrington came highly recommended by numerous friends. So, we gave it a shot. Knowing that I was a first-time home buyer, I had a huge list of “wants” in a new place, and that I am a very skeptical person, Jim took his time and show us numerous houses. In doing so, he showed us areas of the state that we had not previously been familiar with. He was never pushy, and always helped to get what we were looking for. In 2010, and thanks to Jim, we found the one we were looking for. The process couldn’t have been any smoother than it was. Even now, close to 13 years later, any time I am looking for someone to do something relating to plumbing, home repairs etc., Jim is the first person I message. Every single person and company he’s referred to me over the years has been top notch, and raves about Jim as a person and a businessperson. All in all, working with James Harrington to find a home was the best decision I could have made. I could not recommend or his agency him enough. Absolute top notch, personal service.

Jim is one of the best realtors out there! He cares immensely about his clients and takes the time to really listen so that he can help you find the house that fits your needs. He helped us find our forever home and we couldn’t be happier. He is patient, enjoyable to be around (which is important when house searching ;) and very knowledgable of this market.
