Jim is a Realtor/Broker with Century 21 Scheetz based out of the Carmel office. He has been involved in his family's real estate transactions for years, working with his family's Realtors as he bought, managed, and sold real estate. When an opportunity presented itself in 2020, he made the decision to become a realtor. Prior to entering real estate, Jim served in various marketing positions within the Indianapolis area, including 11 years with the NCAA. His entire career has focused on building relationships while providing superior customer service to ensure my clients' goals, objectives, and contractual benefits are met.
His goal is to provide the same exceptional service and business acumen used throughout his career to his real estate clients. Jim is a servant leader who prioritizes his client's success over his own, which is accomplished through listening and understanding their needs, desires, and goals. Details are important, and Jim will work hard to ensure tasks are completed successfully, accurately, and on-time for his clients. He can adapt quickly to changes and can shift priorities as needed. Jim originally moved to the Castleton area of Indianapolis in March of 2000 due to the access to healthcare, shopping, restaurants, and activities. I currently reside in Carmel with my wife and two children. He also enjoys volunteering as a youth sports coach, golfing, and traveling with family.
