This is actually the second time James Hillegass has helped with home buying and selling needs. This first time he helped to sell my house following a divorce. He sold my house in just a few moths time and got me a fair price. This was many years ago.

Recently, Jim helped me to purchase my third home. Jim and I worked very hard for several months before we found the home I just bought in Virginia Beach. A beautiful home in a great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Jim was tireless in his efforts to find my dream home. Jim always went the extra mile and kept his word to me. I am so glad I went to Jim Hillegass , once again to find a new home I can be proud of. Thank you Jim for all your hard work and a long friendship.
