Fantastic͏ Realtor!
We will 100% use James again in the future! He listened to our needs and wants and found us the perfect house. We didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable as we have had in the past with other realtors, he took his time and had our best interests at heart.

James is also a great negotiator. He had our back when the inspection came through and some things needed to be fixed. We appreciated it very much!

JAMES IS A FREAKIN ROCKSTAR
So I have been an FHA buyer for 18 months. Literally dumped by 2 previous agents due to the market condition and my loan credentials. Out-bid/declined several times. It was very discouraging. James and I have been friends since 8th grade and I saw he was a realtor. I inquired and we started searching with a bunch of showings and a few lulls but he kept telling me to hang on, we will find you a home. Working with James was an easy task. He always responded to our call or text. When we had an interest in a house he would go to the house and video chat us because we live out of state. He made this process of buying a house very easy. We came for a weekend and we saw at least 24 houses and found the right one. James is very personable and very knowledgeable of Sarasota.
