I met James because he was simply available and showed up one day. I had no intention of using him as a realtor at first. However, due to his professionalism, kindness, patience , and moral integrity I eventually chose to go with him. He continuously showed up, stayed engaged with me and made me feel like a true client instead of an opportunity to make money. So after about 2 years of looking for the perfect piece of land, here comes Mr. Jeffries... I must admit he has to be one of the best realtors I've ever encountered. The patience, dedication, attentiveness, amongst other qualities this young man has is just amazing. We found 17.181 acres at a price we couldn't refuse and he did his due diligence to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. He did things I don't think many realtors do. And we gladly appreciate that James. We wish you nothing but the best with your business and hopefully we might be able to catch up once the property is put together buddy😉😉

Recently used James J. to sell my father-in-laws house after he past unexpectedly. I started calling around immediately for an agent because we live in TX and the house was in KY. I called several people, and James was the only one that answered his phone. All the others you had to leave a message and get a call back. That meant alot right off the bat. We explained the need to get a rush on it so we could get back home to TX. He came out same day and was so nice. He literally got started on it immediately. He kept in touch and was easy to reach. Within a couple of days after we made it home he called with an offer. We turned it down and he called back Within an hour with another
offer that we were very happy with. He walked us thru the whole process (very patiently) one step at a time. He went above and beyond his job. Would use him again and highly recommend.

He engaged the sellers agents quickly and scheduled walk through or virtual tours within hours of identifying a potential home. We decided on a home within 30 days of our initial search. James represented my position during the sales contract negotiation perfectly, and we closed on the purchase in less than 30 days later. James is an effective and efficient buyer's agent. More to the point, his integrity was demonstrsted throughout the process. I highly recommend James and will use his expertise again.

I picked Mr Jeffries out of a Google search of real estate agents in the area and I have not yet been disappointed. He has worked hard to find us a home and has been great every step of the way. From my personal experience, I would highly suggest that if you are trying to buy a home to reach out to Mr Jeffries first and he will connect you with whom you need to be connected with. The mortgage company that I chose was subpar and had I known better I would have went through Mr Jeffries and the mortgage companies that he suggests and probably had a much better buying experience. If you’re looking for an agent pick this guy and you won’t be disappointed

Mr. James Jeffries was recommended to me by a friend. From our initial telephone conversation I was impressed with his honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market in Frankfort KY where I was seeking his services for the sale of a house. My circumstances were such that I was not able to be in KY for the processes leading to the sale of the house. Once we had made the decision to go ahead with the sale of the house, Mr. Jeffries went to work immediately on getting the house ready. Throughout the entire process he was very professional and reliable and never once made me feel that I was less than his number one priority even though I am sure that he was attending to several other clients simultaneously. James is the best realtor that I have worked in my four encounters in purchasing homes as a buyer. He is a hard working professional and honestly care about client's interests. I can recall, he showed me a house remotely during the winter time in a slippery and dangerous conditions. On another occasion, he pointed out me proximity to distractions in one of the property that I was interested. He was patient and didn't rush for me to purchase a home and made me to wait until I get the correct one.

Mr. Jeffries understood the situation and was accommodating and empathetic. He also knows the sales industry and gave me plenty of guidance on what we could and could not do. He offered us plenty of options and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. His fees were more than fair; he asked for honest pay for honest work and we were more than happy to make sure he got it!!!
