James Mardis

James lives in Moultonboro with his wife. He has two sons and a daughter. He loves spending time with them, loves gardening, cars, boats, camping, skiing, golfing and his family. He also happens to love real estate, having been in the business for 37 years. As the former broker/owner of Lakes Region Realty, now Berkshire Hathaway Verani Realty, he now works closely with the company in an advisory capacity. He continues to provide land development consulting and development services in addition to providing marketing services to clients.
