Jim also served as the President of the Ocean City Board of Realtors in 1989 and was the Owner/Broker of Robert L. Sharp Real Estate from 1982 to 1989.

Christen, recipient of the esteemed designation of a Resort and Second Home Specialist, became licensed in 2012.
