It was an absolute pleasure working with Jim and his entire team. They’re incredibly solid across the board and extremely knowledgeable about the various areas of Westchester. Jim has a fantastic attitude and is always willing to go the extra mile. He and his team were highly responsive, and at no point did I feel misguided or pressured into locking down a home. In selling the house I inherited Jim Mulvey proved to be extraordinarily knowledgeabe of every house recently sold or currently for sale in the local market, which enabled him to get what I believe was as good a price for the house as I reasonably could have expected, especially under the time pressure created by the local school calendar. In doing so he recommended a number of what amounted to cosmetic improvements or updates, most of which proved very helpful. I did decline a couple suggestions that I didn't think would prove cost effective, but I can't swear that I was correct about these. Especially at and surrounding the closing Jim took care of a surprising number of last-minute details that no one not intimately familiar with the process of buying and selling houses would be familiar with. Also, the lawyer he recommended to handle the transaction did excellent work at a fair price. In sum, Jim Mulvey is conscientious, dedicated, honest, eztremely knowledgeable and understandably a very busy agent.
