James Nolen

After graduating from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s in marketing and a real estate minor, I found my passion: helping people buy and sell real estate in the NRV. As a former president of the New River Valley Association of Realtors, I actively participate in my local and state Realtor associations and I have built an extensive network of professional contacts throughout the region. I’ve been making my clients’ real estate dreams come true since 2012, and I can’t wait to help you achieve your own goals. When I’m not working, you can find me golfing, fishing or kayaking, cheering on the Hokies, volunteering with my church community, or spending time with my family (wife Jenny and son Levi, plus Roscoe the dog and Josie the cat).
