James is absolutely fantastic. I was a first time home buyer and seller and was in quite a unique situation to make a quick sale. James demonstrated professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. He explained my options clearly and was not afraid to take bold/ well thought out moves in the market that paid off in the end. I would recommend James to anyone and feel lucky that I was able to work with him on my home sale.

I came BACK to edit my review to say that after multiple transactions not only does my original review hold up, but I want google to add more stars. I've thrown the most intense, complicated, fast paced transactions at James and he not only handled them, he got a better outcome than even I had demanded (I'm a very demanding client as I've been told....by James haha) but in all seriousness, if you're looking for a condo or home in Atlanta he's seen it all and will exceed your expectations. Just one example, my last sale was a record breaker for the 500 unit complex I was in, and I can thank James for that. I can blame myself for not pushing up the price like he had recommended. Moral of the story? Listen to James, don't leave money on the table like I did. Follow him at @jamesisright on instagram, that profile name was earned not given.

There were a lot of moving pieces when we were selling our home. We are so grateful that James was able to help us every step of the way from dealing with unforeseen obstacles, to being able to come over to our house to walk with buyer at a moments notice, to also coordinating the sale with our house to the purchase of our new house to make sure our funds were secured.

I would highly recommend him— and I’m a little bit of a critical person so that says a lot. We just wouldn’t have been as successful through the whole process as we were with James and I can say that with confidence! Thank you for everything James!
