Born in Mountain View, California, James Russ II grew up in South Lake Tahoe. James Russ II transitioned his career into real estate and joined Coldwell Banker Sacramento, working out of the McKinley Park office in Alhambra. He knew he would be a natural in the industry; after all, real estate is in his blood. In fact, his parents owned a real estate company since the early 1970s; not to mention, his grandfather was even a Realtor. With his connection to the industry throughout his entire life, James had developed an understanding of the real estate industry and possessed great knowledge and familiarity regarding its rules, regulations, procedures, and all facets of the transaction process. In addition, James has always been a people person. He is easy to get along with, approachable, and personable and works hard to provide the highest level of service possible to his clients.
