James Schwark

Jim & Kristen grew up on the southside of Indianapolis, Jim attending Calvary Lutheran School, graduating from Southport High School in 1979 and attending Indiana University and IUPUI. Kristen (Dietel) graduated from Perry Meridian High School, attended Ball State University and IUPUI. Jim and Kristen have been married for 19 years, are avid golfers, cyclists, snow skiers, they love to garden and are also very active in their church.

Both Jim & Kristen’s in-depth real estate training includes special real estate courses in Real Estate Practice, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects of Real Estate, Real Estate Appraisal, Investment, Creative Financing and more.

Jim and Kristen are leaders in the real estate industry. Jim was the top listing and sales agent for Ebeyer Realty in both 2002 and 2003. Jim and Kristen were the top listing and sales agents for 2004 through 2009. The Schwarks also use innovative tools, marketing, and technology to market homes in the Indianapolis, Greenwood and surrounding areas.
