Jim has been involved in housing for a long time.
He has done many home improvements projects on his own personal property, as well as helped out neighbors on theirs.
During that time, he worked at a corporation who made high precision aircraft components, and was continuously working with committees on quality improvement.
For a change in lifestyle and a lingering wish to become self-employed, he established himself as an honest handyman in 2008 and got his real estate license in 2015.

Jim’s hobbies include making music, creative writing, song writing, woodworking, hiking, sailing, and traveling.
His other interests include world news, civic news, communication, analyzing market trends, and foraging natural foods in the woods.
