This was our first time selling a house, and James really put us at ease throughout the ups and downs of the process. It is obvious that he has expert knowledge in real estate as well as building services, which was helpful as we negotiated the necessary repairs on our property. James is always warm and respectful in his communication. We always felt like he understood our needs and was honest and fair in his assessments. We feel like James went above and beyond our service agreement, and we would highly recommend him and his team to any prospective buyer/seller!

We recommend James Wendling highly! We have had some pretty awful real estate agent experiences in the past in Oregon. When we moved here, we were very blessed to have found James. He's honest, extremely hard working, kind, and considerate. He spent many months with us visiting all sorts of properties and houses in our search for a forever home. The market was extremely crazy in 2021 and 2022 and we are very particular. We finally found a beautiful property and James was awesome with all the details, going over and beyond what most agents would do. We were so happy with his performance that we recommended him to our son, Jonathan Rohr who purchased his first home through James.
You will not be at all disappointed if you go with James. He is prompt with texts and phone calls and he truly wants to help you find exactly what you are looking for in a property or house.

I had the privilege of working with James Wendling for both the sale of my current home and the purchase of a new construction home. James has a wealth of knowledge and truly has a passion for real estate. James passion is reflected in his attention to details, ability to work with the various companies and regulators, as well as his desire to ensure the customer has the most frustration-free experience possible. during the purchase of my new construction home (a first for me), James guided me throughout the process, check-in on the property regularly to provide updates, scheduled inspections, and followed-up promptly with the builder on any issues that arose. During the sale of my current home, James ensure I had the right repairs done, provided trustworthy handyman references for critical tasks, and even personally assisted on a few smaller DIY tasks I needed to complete. In the end he was able to get me top dollar for my home, helping me to sell it for the highest amount ever in that neighborhood!

It can be tough when dealing with the stressful process of buying or selling a home, but when working with a highly knowledgeable and trustworthy person like James, the process is as painless as it can be. James Has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the home buying process (it was our first home) a year ago. He was careful to point out any potential issues in the homes we looked at and of course the benefits in the homes we looked at. He was so good that when we needed to sell it this year, we used him again. And let me tell you. He got it done quick. He doesn’t wait to get things done, is timely, and most importantly in both buying and selling HE IS HONEST.
If you want a respectable realtor that truly cares about his clients and their best interest, James is your guy. We can’t think of one negative thing to say about him and trust me we’re trying, but there’s not one that comes to mind.
