Highly Recommend Jamey Blubaugh, He is super knowledgeable and was always quick to respond to questions, and knows the market really well. This was my first time selling a house and Jamey made the process extraordinarily easy. He did a fantastic job with preparing the home for market and arranged repairs and required maintenance with very good and reasonably priced contractors. He really made the process super easy. We listed it and within a couple of days we received an offer at list price which was actually more than the appraised value which is awesome. He made the selling process a breeze. Again, I highly recommend Jamey Blubaugh for anyone buying or selling a home in the Wichita area.
