When my father-in-law passed away and we knew that his home had to be sold, we were uneasy because we live in New Jersey and his home was in East Stroudsburg. Jaimie Achberger and her team were excellent selling my parents house. I called Jaime and she was able to come over that day and look at the house. The house was listed on June 1st and sold within a week for full asking price! Jaime was able to have an electrician fix a thermostat that was broken at some point. Easiest House sale ever. I have now sold 10 homes with 3 of those being elderly relatives of mine and friends of the family.
I'm from out of state and was helping my sons fiance sell his grandmothers home (she had passed away) in Emmaus. His fiance is 21 and really had no idea what he was going to do or how it would get done.
I contacted Jamie on October 18, 2022 after researching several realtors in the area. Her reviews were of someone I thought I could trust with the house sell and me being from out of state. I wanted her help with assessing the value of property, giving us a realistic timeframe to sell, and what was going to be needed to accomplish this.
Jamie and I met the next day at the property and she already had a plan in place based on the information I had requested. I was amazed at the amount of work she had put into the plan in less than 24 hours.
After emptying the house, doing a complete deep clean, and making minor repairs we listed the house on Friday December 2, only six weeks from initial contact date with Jamie.
We had over 40 appointments to view and 7 offers by Monday afternoon December 5.
Jamie explained each offer to me and my sons fiance and the pluses and minuses of each. With 6 of the 7 offers being over the asking price.
We closed the house on January 12, less than 90 days after contacting Jamie.
I cannot tell you how lucky I was to find a realtor that went the extra mile for us, on a home that was in a lower price bracket (sold for $210,000). I would highy recommend Jamie and her entire team to anyone buying or selling a home in the Allentown/Emmaus area.

Where do I start!? Jamie was amazing from start to finish on selling my home. My previous realtor was really slacking & Jamie came in full force. Within a few days we had the paperwork done, amazing photos and video, and the house listed. About 30 showings were scheduled within 2-3 days time. 10 offers(multiple were cash) and we sold in 1 week of it being listed. Jamie was incredible. We were relocating from out of state and had a couple of days to look at properties. Jamie arranged for us to see numerous properties that would work for our unique circumstances (handicapped child). We eventually settled elsewhere using a realtor that Jamie recommended.
