Jamie Lemmons-Svoboda is Fantastic!! My wife and I decided to move from California to Illinois recently. Relocating is an exciting new adventure for us, but it can also be stressful, and at times a little scary. Jamie made this process very easy for us. She's incredibly positive, and was able to reassure us throughout the process that everything would work out great, and that we would definitely be able to find a home that we loved. She was absolutely right! Very quickly after we met up with her in the Chicago Area and looked at houses, we found our dream house! Jamie was able to position us perfectly with our initial offer, and fought hard for us to make sure that we got the house! We couldn't be happier with our new home! It's exactly what we were looking for. She also makes sure to surround herself with a great Team, and all of the the other players involved in the process (Inspectors, attorneys, transaction coordinator, etc.) were top notch and very professional. The closing process was so much easier than the last home we purchased. The sale of our condo condo was anything but conventional. We seemed to run into one issue after another with buyers and especially our condo association. Jamie Lemmons was our realtor. She was absolutely magnificent. She kept me pumped up about the sale and let me know that she had everything under control. She expertly handled each issue as they arose and got the sale done quickly and expertly. Our experience while difficult due to the issues, was greatly eased because of Jamie. Jamie was recommended to me after a not so successful experience with a previous agent. From the beginning, we knew we were in the right hands with her. She was super accommodating with our schedules and really supported us when we were having a hard time deciding if a house was the one. Jamie is a very conscientious and responsive realtor who made sure we would win whatever property we were interested in. And she was quite successful! She responded back within minutes most of the time and provided us new listings as soon as they came up. If I were to make any recommendations, it would be to not stress market conditions to a point where it creates a pressure situation.

She is an excellent realtor and I would recommend her to anyone!

Jammie did an excellent job with our move to a new state. The transaction was not a simple one as it entailed a few complications with our rental requirements that we could not have done on our own. All transactions had to be completed remotely and on the phone, but succeeded to our complete satisfaction. Moving to a new state can be very stressful and she provided us with the can-do attitude and comforting words to make our experience much easier.

Jamie was referred to me as a court appointed realtor through my divorce proceedings to sell my home. She is amazingly knowledgeable of the real estate market along with the court process in the event she would need to testify.

She made the entire sales process seamless and by the end it felt like I had been working with a close friend.
