She doesn’t just tell you all of the good things about your potential new home but what work might need done in the future. She makes sure you know exactly what you’re getting into. Definitely the best in the business and HIGHLY recommend!

Jamie Rice was awesome from start to finish selling our house - she gave us great advice on how to make the house show as well as possible without much cost. She posted excellent photos that showed the house very well, and generated lots of showings and a great offer. She made the inspection and closing process very easy. I highly recommend Jamie, she will put in the effort and get results.
