Jamie has had the privilege of learning firsthand from some of the most respected industry leaders in the country. However, he’s most proud of the direct mentorship he received from the men and women over the years in regional markets, including his grandfather, Jim Yaman, who set the standard for excellence in real estate sales in the Central New York area; his father, Dave Yaman, whose innovative projects have shaped the local landscape; and his colleague, Steve Cinquanti, known for his strategic approach and deep market insights. Their mentorship has been instrumental in shaping Jamie’s career and his perspective on what it means to lead with integrity and vision.

After designing his own degree in “Residential and Commercial Real Estate” at the University of Massachusetts, Jamie made ongoing personal and professional growth a top priority. He has completed Tony Robbins’ Leadership Mastery Academy, trained at the Neurolinguistics Programming Center in NYC, is a proud and active member of Front Row Dads, and has traveled the world taking dozens of courses focused on both personal and professional development. Additionally, he earned his certification as a mindfulness meditation teacher. For Jamie, it’s all about continuous evolution—expanding his skills and mindset in both business and life.

His specialties include mentoring, consulting, negotiating, and guiding others in all things real estate, whether it’s business planning, investment properties, or building a team. He loves working with those who are eager to learn and grow, sharing his expertise to help others achieve their goals.

Jamie is equally committed to his community, having served on dozens of local nonprofit boards. He’s also a passionate musician and an advocate for personal and spiritual development.
