I am the Principal Broker at Yaman Real Estate & Yaman Commercial Industrial, where I combine a deep understanding of the industry with a genuine passion for helping others succeed. I have a proven track record in the real estate industry, having served in multiple leadership roles. My commitment to mentoring and building strong, collaborative relationships helps others achieve success alongside me.

I’ve had the privilege of learning firsthand from some of the most respected industry leaders in the country. However, I’m most proud of the direct mentorship I received from the men and women over the years in our regional markets, including my grandfather, Jim Yaman, who set the standard for excellence in real estate sales in the Central New York area, my father, Dave Yaman, whose innovative projects have shaped the local landscape, and my colleague, Steve Cinquanti, known for his strategic approach and deep market insights. Their mentorship has been instrumental in shaping my career and my perspective on what it means to lead with integrity and vision.

After designing my own degree in “Residential and Commercial Real Estate” at the University of Massachusetts, I’ve made ongoing personal and professional growth a top priority. I’ve completed Tony Robbins’ Leadership Mastery Academy, trained at the Neurolinguistics Programming Center in NYC, a proud and active member in Front Row Dads, and traveled the world taking dozens of courses focused on both personal and professional development. Additionally, I’ve earned my certification as a mindfulness meditation teacher. For me, it’s all about continuous evolution—expanding my skills and mindset in both business and life.

My specialties include mentoring, consulting, negotiating, and guiding others in all things real estate, whether it’s business planning, investment properties, or building a team. I love working with those who are eager to learn and grow, sharing my expertise to help others achieve their goals.

I’m equally committed to my community, having served on dozens of local nonprofit boards. I’m
also a passionate musician and an advocate for personal and spiritual development.
