Jamila Luaders is an GREAT realtor…she helped me find the right property at a price I can afford…across almost 1400 miles!

I couldn’t be here for looking at properties, but Jamila made trips to places I saw online. She took pictures & made videos, so that I could see different features of each. She showed me multiple properties this way.

Jamila HEARS her clients as they describe the property they’re looking for. She made time to listen. She kept in touch, kept me updated with details & changes.

This hard working professional was with me through every step of this somewhat complicated procedure, from the search to preparing offers, negotiating the contract, all the way to close.

Jamila also kept me from making a costly mistake early in the search. I have every reason to trust her experience & judgement…she’s proven herself at every turn. Should I ever decide to purchase another property, I’d look her up to help me.

Jamila is the only real estate agent I go to. She's helped me buy and sell multiple properties over the years and she's always 100% dedicated to your best deal possible. She's diligent, thorough and tenacious.

Jamia went above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. She was such a great listener to the details we were seeking in our first home and very informative as we were first time buyers and completely clueless. I cannot say enough great things about Jamila. She was absolutely amazing to work with! She was so pleasant, knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and concerns about selling my house.

I had been planning on selling and moving out of state for few months and I was so nervous and stressed out about what all I thought I needed to do to be ready to sell it. A couple of my family members referred me to Jamila, I messaged her and she immediately responded. We quickly set up an appointment for her to come over and look at my house. As soon as Jamila walked in, all my worries and concerns were gone.

She gave me a sense of ease and a small list of things to do and she did the rest. I had already had dates lined up when I was planning on packing up the house and moving, Jamila was able to work everything around those days. It was so seamless on my part and within days of it on the market I had multiple offers, almost all over asking price.

With moving across the country, everyone I dealt with at Keller Williams was absolutely delightful to work with. I owe a huge Thank you to Jamila and all her partners on making my new adventures come true!
