I can't say enough great things about Mrs. Seals. This was my first time selling a house and it was picture perfect. She was kept us focused on the goal of selling the house a marketable price. Three days after listing we were under contract with 20 over asking. All of my fears were taken care of at the first meet. After that I sat back and watched her do magic. You won't be disappointed with Seals because its already a done deal.
