Jan is always there for you throughout the process awnsering any and all questions. I found this to be the greatest help, especially for my tendency to overthink and be anxious. I'll start by saying Jan is absolutely incredible to work with. She is dedicated, knowledgeable and persistent on the behalf of her clients. My wife and I are very fortunate for the opportunity to work with Jan. We worked together for over a year looking for the perfect home. Throughout that time, Jan went above and beyond her duties as a realtor to ensure we were being taken care of.

We decided to sell our home and pursue a new construction home in a very early phase of development. Buying and selling at the same time can be very hectic, even more so with the decisions we had to made for the new construction home. However, Jan was able to provide expertise and guidance to ensure it went as smooth as possible. In the end, we have exactly what we wanted and couldn't be happier.

Jan was a fantastic realtor and continues to be even after the closing by sending us cards and our tax documents and recipes and masks, she is INCREDIBLE, I do not know where she finds the time. We were back and forth from NY and she was so flexible and showed us so many homes and was honest about whether a home was a good deal or in a bad area. She didn't bother taking us to some we thought we wanted to see because of the neighborhood or school systems. Jan is extremely knowledgeable and surrounds herself with people who made the entire process move so smoothly. It was our first time buying a home and we were so thankful that Jan made the process so easy! 10/10 would recommend!

Working with Jan to buy our first home was the best thing we ever did. You hear about those nightmare realtors that don't listen, don't know what you want, and are just in it for the sale...not Jan. She knew what we wanted, what we could afford, and she cared about our decisions for the homes we were looking at. She had our entire family on mind with every home we looked at. She set us up with a team of lenders and closing attorneys+ our first time purchase was made so simple because the team worked together for US. She has a lot of connections and knows A LOT about what to look for when you are at open houses...she points out things that you might not ever think about. She answers questions anytime of day- always available- she made us feel like we were her only clients!

I will always recommend Jan when someone is looking for a realtor- I trusted her every step of the way and have formed an amazing friendship with her. ❤️

Myself and my fiance have been looking for a multi family house/in-law since January 2020 and we had another real estate agent before her who was never able to close a deal and barley showed us any properties. In June we gave up on him and was introduced to Jan Bruno. We told her our story and she actually fact checked everything our realtor prior was telling us and looked over everything. She does whats best for the buyer ALWAYS looks out for your best interest. We met her in June and had an offer in after two weeks with her and closed just on 8/27. She has great referrals and we went with everyone she recommended lender, insurance, inspection, etc and all of them were fabulous. I would recommend Jan to everyone and look forward to working with her in the future!

My fiancé and I have been trying to purchase a house for over a year with other agents, Jan was aggressive without being pushy towards us. Once we found a home we wanted she went after it relentlessly. Got us a good price during negotiations and took care of every issue along the way (when buying homes there’s always a million issues). Wow. After having a tough experience with a realtor, I was referred to Jan. I had no idea how this whole house search experience was suppose to go until I gave Jan a call. When I called her we ended up speaking for a very long time and I could immediately tell she was a very down to earth, solid person. The second she was our realtor, the home search became fun. Jan will give you her flat out honest opinion without forcing you either way and it feels like you are home buying with a friend who is looking out for your best interest. It’s not about making the most possible amount for her, it’s about making sure she knows she leads you to the best house for the best price. She is very knowledgeable of things to look out for, and often would notice things that I did not even notice at first. She immediately can tell if she suspects there is mold somewhere in the home. She is very knowledgeable of many materials in a home. She is just truly a genuinely great person, and I’m so glad that me and my wife had the opportunity to meet her. Not to mention, during the whole stressful process of home buying, you could call or text her at ANY time and she would take the time out of her day to try and get a clear picture of what’s going on in the process and help you out. She never pushed a single house on us, never once tried to rush us into putting an offer in, and we ended up getting an amazing deal on a house, that was actually less expensive than every other house we pursued. I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was using Jan, and I am going to 100% refer her to anybody I know looking for a home. Thank you so much Jan.

Jan helped my husband and me purchase our first home. We had interviewed several realtors, and the moment we met Jan there was no question. As first time home buyers we had little to no experience, but Jan answered all of our questions big and small (and as project managers we both had plenty!). She guided us in what to look for and instantly followed up on every home we thought we might be interested in. Once we found the home we had been looking for, Jan took us through the purchasing process, step-by-step, and preparing us for what came next, and always had our best interests in mind. Every time we texted/called/emailed Jan she was right there. Although we are extremely happy in our new home, we are sad that we won't be able to hang out with Jan as much. Jan Bruno is the absolute best. My mother was a realtor so I had very high expectations going into my realtor/buyer relationship and Jan exceeded every one of them. She was selective in what she suggested I look at, she helped me figure out what I actually wanted and she knew my house was THE house when she texted me hours after it came on the market.
