We were so very lucky to find Jan. Moved to a rental from out of state without knowing much about the area. Jan spent many weekends the last few months showing us homes from all around Chattanooga, even as far as Elijay, GA, and pointed out many of the areas' attractions and events. We finally found our forever home in Dunlap and it has everything we wanted and more. She was extremely patient with us throughout the process and kept all the purchasing related docs and tasks organized for us. Thank you Jan!
