02/17/2016 - e wack Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in St.Johns, Portland, OR. Jan is fantastic and was referred to us by my fiancés parents. Jan, who faced many obstacles during the sell of our house got the job done and made sure everything was in line for the purchase of our new home. Jan is extremely professional, patient, and determined to make her clients happy. I would also like to add that after the purchase of our home through Jan, years later my fiancé and I faced a problem and reached out to Jan. She again, went above and beyond and helped us communicate through the proper channels and helped us resolve the issue. I would recommend Jan to anyone and everyone and she is our go-to when we are ready to move again.

Great to work with both times. House sold in about 6 minutes. She had a good relationship with the title company as well.

12/17/2012 - user33199227 Bought a home in 2012 in Dover, Sandy, OR 97055. Jan was very patient with my wife and I, and willingly drove all over creation to show us the type of homes and properties that we were interested in. Jan shared her knowledge of the areas we looked at and provided many insights and details that we wouldn't have been able to get from other sources. When we put in an offer on one property and had it bypassed in favor of another, Jan went to bat for us and was able to gain clarity and accurately size up the situation as being one that would not end up in our favor. As a result, we didn't remain stuck on that property any longer than necessary and were able to quickly resume looking at houses again. Throughout the process, Jan was incredibly generous with her time and worked with our schedules to set-up appointments and arrange showings. 10/13/2014 - girlgoyle Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Powellhurst Gilbert, Portland, OR. Jan did a fantastic job with our home purchase. This is the third time I have purchased a home and the only time things have gone so smoothly. When we described the types of properties we were interested in she sent us listings that were exactly the type we liked unlike other agents who show you everything and hope for the best. She responded to emails and phone calls quickly and was very respectful and professional. It was clear that she was looking out for us the whole time. We went through this with almost no stress and it took only 5 weeks from the time we viewed the home until she handed us the keys. She made sure that every bit of documentation was in order and that all needed repairs were done before closing. She even negotiated a brand new roof for us. She took the brunt of all the stress of keeping things in order, we never had to worry or get frustrated with the process at all. It was amazing. Home buying never goes this well. She was so wonderful. Even the mortgage lender she recommended was stellar. He was so nice, professional, quick, thorough and responsive. She really made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. If I ever buy or sell a home again I will go through her. Thank you Jan!!
