I have been a full time realtor since 2005. I sell homes in all areas, all price ranges. However, my passion is helping the senior community. Those who maybe have lived in their home for 30-40-50 years or so. I am here to assist them through the process of downsizing and making the move to either a smaller entry level home or to a senior living community. I have earned the SRES designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and I have made connections with senior living facilities, elder law care, clean out services, estate sales and additional vital resources to assist seniors in making informed housing decisions. Even if you, as a senior, are not ready to sell your home, I can still guide you to service providers needed to stay in your home. Do not hesitate to call. I am also very active in the community with the Fremont Chamber, volunteering with Meals on Wheels, Omaha Performing Arts, Teammates and my church.
