Jana Lutz

Jana began her real estate career on the coast in southwest Florida selling desirable beachfront condominiums and homes. She developed her real estate knowledge and negotiating skills and decided to join Coldwell Banker and move to Lakeland in 2013. After crafting a unique marketing approach, clients have grown to trust her with any real estate asset transactions. Jana's real estate savvy and enthusiasm for the pursuit of the sale draw both sellers and buyers to her sales process.

In 2015, Coldwell Banker Realty named Jana one of the Top 30 Under 30 Realtors globally, selected from over 86,000 agents. 2017 was also a landmark year as she earned the International President's Elite Award, placing her in the Top 2% of all CB Agents. In 2018, the Lakeland Association of Realtors named her Realtor of the Year & RealTrends declared her one of America's Best Real Estate Professionals.

Success in real estate is not Jana's only aspiration in life. Serving her community and helping those around her is the cornerstone of her continued drive to provide the best real estate service. Jana supports local law enforcement and military veterans by raising funds through charities for LPD's Fallen Officer Memorial, and CB Cares – a charity that supports local schools and businesses. Jana also provides international relief through her husband's non-profit and has helped to build thirty-nine homes in Haiti.
