Jana Nelson strives to be their real estate consultant for life. She believes one of the most important things in any relationship is listening. Jana listens carefully to her client's needs. She moved to Lake Tahoe in 1989 to raise her daughter in a smaller community environment. Jana has been involved in real estate since 1994 in the capacity of a builder and California and Nevada Realtor. She has been acknowledged multiple times for being a top producer in her brokerage. Jana has received the community service award from her fellow Realtors. She feels grateful and proud for these tributes. She was taught at a young age to be compassionate towards others and share. Jana donates a portion of her earnings to the local food bank, Sierra Community Church, Accelerate the Cure (MS) and Stand Up to Cancer. She enjoys the great outdoor activities that Lake Tahoe offers like golfing, boating, kayaking, hiking, Tahoe beaches and the summer outdoor concerts.
