A good friend of mine recently bought a house, so when I told her we were going to be looking for another home, she highly recommended that we use the Wuthrich Team for out realtor. I contacted Jana in January, explained our situation, and told her we were starting to look, but wouldn't be ready to buy until around April. Jana began to send us listings on the types of homes and the price range we were interested in so we would be familiar with the housing market in our town. Throughout our entire searching process, Jana was informed and thoughtful, not pushy or opinionated. She responded quickly when I contacted her and was readily available to show us homes as they came on the market. Jana listened carefully to us, and was intuitive to our needs. When we found a wonderful home, she was very knowledgable about the process and laws, and helped us navigate the legal aspects of buying a home, making sure every "I" was dotted and every "T" was crossed to insure there would be no problems further down the road. Our home buying experience was enjoyable because of the professionalism of the Wuthrich Team. I give them my very highest recommendation!
