Jane Colletti was a pleasure to work with when finding and purchasing our home. She was always, without fail, responsive to all of our inquiries. She understood what we wanted; had her pulse on what market offerings may meet our needs; and, arranged to get us an immediate appointment to see a home that just came on the market at a time when houses in the area were selling almost as soon as they were listed. She stayed with us throughout the purchase process, offering good advice when needed. Also, once the purchase was completed, she continued and continues to address any questions we had or still have. And Jane Colletti was always pleasant and professional. We are very happy to recommend her for your real estate needs.

Jane Colletti has been doing my real estate transactions for many years now and has never failed to perform. If there is a problem Jane will work hard until it is resolved and will always keep the deal together. Keeping the deal together is key for alot of reasons in today's crazy market. It was truly a joy working with the Colletti team! My husband and I recently sold two homes with both Jane and Vincent, and we are so happy with our level of service. Jane listed our house on a Friday and we had a signed agreement of sale after an open house that following Sunday (March 8th) for more than our asking price. She was incredible selling our home and she was also great as the listing agent for the house we purchased. Closing went off smoothly in less than two months during the height of the COVID-19, truly amazing!
