Jane is a consummate professional. She is genuine, engaged, goes the extra mile at every step, extremely well educated, and strategically approaches every part of the transaction to ensure the best outcome for her clients. She is incredibly generous with her time, wisdom, and had very good data on micro/macro economic outlook for the housing market. I have never had a smoother real estate transaction, and I have been investing in the Denver market for 20 years. Jane and her team are absolutely amazing! I recently complete a 1031 exchange and it was seamless. Jane has a fantastic network of professionals and is very knowledgeable. She invested a lot of time and effort to make sure I found the exact property, and property manager, that I was in search of, and she took care of all the little details that I wasn't aware of, plus she made many great suggestions. Her follow-through is excellent. I highly recommend her!

Fantastic Real Estate Agent!! I reached out to Jane to see if we could meet up to search for a condo in Colorado early this year & it turned out I couldn't have chose a better real estate agent! I had already sold my house in California so she understood I was under a time constraint & once I arrived we spent the afternoon looking at listings from a list she created with all my criteria. She is very knowledgeable & due to her extensive background in real estate, she is very professional & is aware of the current market but she also made the whole process fun & with no pressure! Jane's the Best! We met Jane when we were walking one of her listings and instantly felt comfortable with her! She is very knowledgable in her field and gave us resources needed to help us put in an offer and buy our dream home :) In addition to this, she helped us sell our home and we had an offer in TWO days and went under contract. More Than She Bargained for..... Jane was referred to me by a mutual friend when I was in the market for a commercial property for my business. Her professionalism, communication, and amazing attention to detail was nothing short of spectacular. So when it came time to sell our investment property Jane was the first call. I am fairly confident that she had no idea what she signed up for. I have never seen a more active listing in my life. The property had just finished a down to the studs remodel and the finished home is gorgeous. This of course created a crazy busy weekend when the property went live. In 72 hours we had over 50 showings, three open houses of which two were hosted at the request of non-listing brokers. I didn't even know that was a thing. Jane was so busy handling all the details, phone calls, showings, and everything else she even lost her voice during the process. She pushed forward and managed every detail with the utmost grace and professionalism. Seven over asking offers and the deal closed on time. I will absolutely use and refer Jane for any real-estate deal. You will not be disappointed!

Couldn't imagine a better homebuying experience!

Jane first and foremost is a fighter! In this crazy early 2022 housing market she went to battle for us time and time again, she didn't rest until she got us an amazing house for a great deal! Jane Knauf is truly a gem in the real estate industry and a genuine joy to be around. I recently moved to Colorado from Portland, OR and Jane made the transition as smooth and easy as possible. She was ready to jump in on showings the moment I arrived and gave me very personalized service. I did not feel I was fighting for her attention, which was very much appreciated. Her focus and drive are commendable. I arrived in Colorado on August 2nd, and I moved into my new home on September 8th. One month and I was living in my new home!
