Avocado farm with approximately 900 producing Haas avocado trees and a year-round creek running through the property. The most recent avocado crop was the best ever, trees produced close to 25,000 lbs of large fruit and hundreds more peewee fruit. Trees have Dusa root stock, the most widely used rootstock to resist root rot. 450 trees were planted in 2014 and another 450 planted over the years
