Janeen Marconi is the owner and Principal Broker of Hunt Country Sotheby's International Realty. Janeen's introduction to real estate came in 1992 as an assistant to a local agent where she quickly realized she had found her career. She was licensed in Virginia in 1994 as a sales person and in 1998 as a broker. She has since added licenses in Maryland and West Virginia. Committed to the local real estate industry, Janeen has served the Dulles Association of Realtors as a Director, Vice President of Finance and served on various committees. A resident of Loudoun County for thirty years, Janeen has developed deep roots in the area and strong relationships in the real estate community including other brokerages, title companies and lenders. It is through the cooperative spirit of these professionals that she can assure a seamless transaction. Specializing in historic properties and farms, Janeen has sold thousands of acres of land in western Loudoun County.
