Janeen Sizemore is the Broker, Owner, and Founder of The Atlanta Key Firm, a boutique-style real estate brokerage founded in August 2021 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, she continues to lead as a competing Broker and Team Principal of The Atlanta Key Group, proving that excellence is built from the front.
Janeen began her real estate career in 1996 in Multi-Family Property Management, quickly rising as a Top Sales Manager, Accounting Manager, and Multi-Site Property Manager. In 2002, she transitioned into Mortgage Loan Origination, which ultimately led her to become a licensed Realtor® in 2004. She wasted no time making her mark—being named among the Top 5% of Multi-Million Dollar Producers in her firm during her very first year.
Known for her professionalism, drive, and heart-centered leadership, Janeen founded The Atlanta Key Firm with a clear mission: to create a brokerage by a Realtor, for Realtors. As someone who has walked in the agents’ shoes, she designed the firm with agents’ needs, goals, and growth in mind. Her boutique-style approach allows for high-touch support, tailored development, and a culture that truly feels like family.
In addition to nurturing agents, Janeen actively produces and serves clients at the highest level. Her team, The Atlanta Key Group, consists of dedicated, knowledgeable Key Partners who specialize in residential real estate, loan products, and national lease-purchase programs. Together, they remain committed to staying ahead of the curve and delivering superior service to every client, no matter the price point.
