If you’re looking for a fantastic realtor, look no further than Janelle! Despite the fact that we were grad students only looking to rent, Janelle took the time to walk us through the rental process, gathered our paperwork, and provided excellent listings. She went above and beyond-sending videos of the properties and ensuring all of our questions were answered throughout the rental process. She was patient as our moving timeline changed due to schedules and the pandemic and made sure that all of our worries were taken care of! Despite the challenges of COVID-19, she made sure that the renting experience was catered to what we were looking for, and we couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking to purchase, Janelle is the Realtor you want on your side! From the process of going to look at places all the way up to the closing, she was on point. She is easy to reach and would always respond quickly. She has that go-getter attitude to really get things done! We experienced other realtors on the other end that were terrible and unresponsive. It made me appreciate her even more and realize how important it is to have a great realtor! She always kept us updated and in the loop of what was going on. Janelle has been amazing in the process of helping me get out of a toxic lease and into a great one! If it weren’t for her continued efforts and communication with the landlord, tenants, and other parties, I would not have been in the happy, and safe home I am in now!
