I seriously don’t know where to start in saying positive things about Janelle and Aaron. Hands down the best real estate experience I have ever had. We engaged them to assist us in getting my 84-year-old father’s home ready to sell and then listing it. From beginning to end, they went above and beyond — effectively project managing/general contracting major clean-up and extensive renovations to the home, staging it beautifully, and then listing it and selling it at a price that was considerably higher than we had ever thought possible. They were smart, attentive, responsive, and compassionate throughout the whole process. The sale closed yesterday, and even with a few hiccups at the very end, they were there with us making sure that everything went smoothly. I really cannot believe our good fortune that we found them.

Janelle and Aaron Hoist Did a fantastic job helping me sell my home at a great price in a short amount of time not only were they very friendly and easy to work with they also are very professional and knowledgeable and staged my home to sell. Janelle and her team are fantastic! This is our 3rd home buying experience and we never knew it could be so easy as it has been with Janelle! She definitely knows her stuff and gets it done. She’s super responsive and has lots of contacts which helps everything go smoothly. We feel fortunate to have someone helping us that has such a large knowledge base of the market. I want to give a shout out to Janelle, Aaron, Michelle, & all the crew at Janelle Sells. We had multiple contracts on our home & finalized one 24 hrs! Even though I’m an interior designer, I moved a lot of our things into storage & let her do what she does best with Staged to Sell so we had perfect pictures to attract buyers. She rocked it!
Communication is key when buying/selling a home & Janelle has a team in place that takes care of every detail. She even pulled strings & moved mountains to get our closing in Alabama done on time.

I can’t say enough about Janelle and her husband, Aaron. They put in a lot of time and effort into marketing and staging our house and making it look beautiful for prospective buyers, all while helping us find our new house at the same time. When our house went on the market, 2 of our neighbors already had their houses listed with other agents. Our house sold in less than 2 weeks, while the other houses continued to sit.
