I would love to share my experience as a client of Janelle Stowers and Stowers Realty Group. Many people tend to share the negatives when it comes to reviews but when you receive outstanding service it's important that those experiences are also recognized. Janelle and her team at Stowers Realty Group are an excellent company to work with to assist you with your real estate needs! Janelle is an exceptional realtor who is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly available. In Janelle's absence, if she was tending to another engagement, she would connect me with one of her team members to assist me and they displayed professionalism and respect just as Janelle would. I had the pleasure to work with LaQuita on multiple occasions and she was kind, caring and professional. I decided to reach out to Janelle after she was recommended to me by a previous client of hers, and I was very pleased with my decision to do so. Working with Janelle felt like I had known her for years, she was so personable it felt like I was conversing with family, or a good friend and it gave me comfort. Every interaction she displayed her true authentic self with professionalism and honesty at the forefront and I can appreciate and respect that tremendously. Leaving a 5 star review is an understatement I would give 10 Stars if I could. The most amazing, smart, knowledgeable, Timely Groups of individuals you could ever imagine. From start to finish the experience was amazing. The office was very nice and clean ( they even had Pepsi products my fav) punctual, answered every question we asked ( we had tons)AND we closed in 30 days! I would like to share my experience with Stowers realty…In August of 2018 I decided too sale my home, I contacted Stowers Realty Janelle came out to speak with me about the things that needed repaired in order to get the best offer for my home. I did just that and got the offer that I asked for… Janelle also helped me with the home that I’m in now. When I tell you the process was so easy and on top of that professional. Janelle made sure I understood the entire process and also made sure I got the best interest rate for my new home. The entire team from the loan processor, bank lender and realtors are all amazing. Janelle and her team are very professional and kind. Not only did they help me look for homes that fit my requirements but usually let me know if a home I saw had something that I typically wouldn't like. Janelle kept me up today on homes on the market as well as scheduled tours for home that I found through random scrolling on Zillow. From the search to the paperwork, I was helped out tremendously. After months of searching and looking I purchased a home.
