Janelle has been on our estate journey for 4 years! She is amazing! First giving us her real estate smarts in assessing our home's value. A year later, we decided to sell. She was instrumental in selling our house at the start of the pandemic... selling in 5 days above listing price! As we set out to find a another home in a nearby suburb, it was definitely a seller's market. Housing was going somewhere near $60,000 above appraisal. We made 7 offers in a year. She was there every step of the way with patience, understanding, honesty & knowledge. We decided to wait things out. We got an apartment and began looking 1.5 years later. Our search took only a month as our 8th housing offer was just accepted! Janelle is a tried and true unicorn hunter! Her superb expertise & good humor made our real estate experience seamless, even with the wait. She has become family. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and person to guide us. Janelle is literally, AMAZING!!! She listens to your needs/wants and is an advocate for you during your house hunting journey. She points out the potential problems that she notices because she wants to make sure you are making an informed decision instead of just pointing out the great storage and unique light fixtures. Janelle made the whole process seamless and even though I have been in my house for about a month now; I still text her when I have random questions and she always respond! She has helped several of my family members buy houses in the area. Can't recommend her enough.

When my husband and I first began our search for our new home I was completely overwhelmed. After talking with Janelle my stress completely melted away. In our first meeting she walked us through every step of the process and what we can expect by certain dates and whose responsibility it will be to get these things done. She was in constant communication with us and the sellers. Not once did I have to pick up the phone to ask her about something as she would always have answers for us before I needed to ask or sometimes even thought to ask. Do you want the best realtor you could have?!? Well Janelle is the one for the job! We found a house in a week! She made sure we didn’t make poor choices and have buyers remorse! Janelle is fantastic! She sold my first home, everything that could go wrong did go wrong (everything was out of her control) but she made sure to stay on top of it and get updates as often as she could! She was very much so an advocate for me as a seller, let me vent and even responded to text and calls long after normal business hours. She made the process simple by putting realtor terms in "normal" people language, thoroughly explained all paper work/processes and made sure I fully understood everything. She doesn't sugar coat, so I fully trusted and felt comfortable with her. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying!!

My husband and I were on the road to buying our own home, which can be really scary! We would pick out a couple houses for Janelle to show us, but if she knew the house wasn’t right for us she wouldn’t waste our time. When we found our house there were a couple bids already, but she made it happen. The paperwork can be daunting l, but Janelle made it so easy on us, explained everything, made it easy to get all the papers. Our closing date got moved by a week or two bc of a miscommunication from the sellers agent. But Janelle assures is everything was fine and we got this. We have been in our home since June and couldn’t be happy! She really made sure this process was as easy as possible, and not so scary. She really is an agent you want by your side

Let me start off by saying you will never be disappointed with Janelle! Our first realtor was a nightmare! Janelle took her time and inspected every single house we looked at. She was looking at windows, roofs, under the carpet, etc. She always went above and beyond. Any time of the day we called her she was there, even just to talk or listen. She was showing us houses at 7am and at 9pm, whatever WE wanted. She DOES NOT work an 8-5 job like most people. She works for her clients. She was late ONE TIME and gave me a scooters gift card. In my opinion, she should have been late more times cause I love coffee! She treated us like family from day one! I am so pleased to have chosen her because I dont think this whole process would have went as smooth as it did if it wasnt for her. Thank you so much for everything!

Being in sales I understand how hard it is to accommodate every customer. Janelle is tops in my book! She showed us 20+ houses and worked around our schedule even showing us houses at 10 at night! She would communicate with us on a daily basis sending us information on houses that we might be interested in purchasing. I am the type of person who likes to be involved with every part of the process and every time I contacted her she already had everything taken care of.
