Gabby, Janet, and Lidia were so amazing throughout our home buying process. We moved to Phoenix from out of state and their expertise in the market helped us secure our ideal home. Couldn’t be happier with having the A-Team (Janet & Gaby) sell our home. They held our hand every step of the way. First they came over to give tips on things we should change/clean up. They came over again to stage and have a pro photographer take pictures. They then held 2 open houses and even had an ice cream truck in front of the house to help drive traffic. Did I mention that they were fast to respond to my many questions via text? The result was that we received an offer OVER asking price!!

My wife and I moved to Arizona in June from Colorado, Gabby and Janet helped us in every step of the way. They even got us in touch with a realtor in Colorado who helped us sell our home there. Our home sold within 2 months. We then moved to Arizona with no jobs, staying in vacation rentals until we could find jobs and buy a home in Az. Gabby and Janet got us in touch with a lender who was great! She helped us qualify for a home loan with less than ideal credit. We went from no home to a brand new home in 3 months! I know they must have had a lot of clients but they made us feel like we were the only ones. Their professionalism and knowledge were first class. I can't thank these guys enough, they went above and beyond in so many ways. They made a really hectic, stressful time go smoother than I had ever imagined. During a stressful year of selling a home during covid and moving to another state, they have been right there with us through this whole adventure. This dynamic duo was suggested from YouTuber Sam from Arinona Living for all real estate needs and now almost a year later I am a proud homeowner.
The 1st time that I spoke to Janet and Gabby almost a year ago they were very informative, well versed in all things real estate in Arizona, patient, kind and eager to help me reach me dream of being a homeowner. From the 1st meeting they were very responsive and set me up with clear and concise expectations of what is needed to reach my goal. When I close for my home with their guidance and clear expectations, I was able to budget so well that I was only a $1000 off from my budget to close. This is very hard to do. There are so many closing cost fees, licenses it's really extraordinary that they were able to prepare me so well.
Throughout the entire process, they stayed available to all my novice questions no matter how silly. They made time for showings when I'm sure other realtors wouldn't have. See I could only see homes at weird hours of the day because of my work schedule and they still made it work and found my home. This is the kind of service that you only hear about and no one really execute these days. They have earned my business and I would refer anyone I know or who's is looking to them..Though all of their professionalism, I still feel like I made friends for life because I had to lean on them so much to get this process done.
