Q: WHAT experience(s) lead to confidence and success for your clients?
A: A career in Medical Device sales was a fantastic springboard into Real Estate as a problem-solver with focus on the outcomes of others. To gain specific expertise at an accelerated rate, beginning in 2016, I spent the first four years of my Real Estate career as a part of the #1 team with over 50 years experience. My priority was to have hands-on training to encounter as many scenarios as possible. As it turns out, this was a smart plan to have accelerated experiential learning. The level of expertise earned through intensive training and generally rolling up my sleeves has created award winning results for client successes.
Q: WHAT sets you apart from other Real Estate Professionals?
A: My work ethic combined with top level professional training (particularly in negotiations) sets me apart and gives my clients an advantage. I am the person you want by your side. Timely communications, winning negotiations, market knowledge and customer service were essential in my professional career leading up to Real Estate and all of these skills transfer as I help Clients navigate the process of buying and selling Real Estate.

A: Most people don't know this about me but I put myself through college which gives me a deep respect for work leading to fiscal responsibility to self and for clients. Helping people keep their eyes on EQUITY is paramount to success.
Q: WHAT do you enjoy doing in free time?
A: I enjoy reading, & love all things artistic and really enjoy painting. We love to be with family and friends. We have an ongoing home-project of our own and are in the midst of rehabbing our dream home on the Ohio River. Fixer-upper success is all about the people surrounding the project & we are surrounded by greatness.

A: Helping people manage the process of buying and selling their largest asset is an honor. Guiding to reduce Client's stress with efficient systems is a balancing act meeting my skills and interests that result in effective negotiations for Client WINS!
