A native Nashvillian and Full Time Realtor®, Janet Denton Gatewood knows the Middle Tennessee Area very well and has been serving Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Nashville Market since 2007! Her experience with multiple offer negotiations has won contracts for her client’s time and again. A graduate of Belmont University, Janet earned an Honors Diploma in Fine Art and Business with an emphasis on Marketing and Advertising. She graduated Cum Laude and became the Marketing Manager for a publicly traded company based in Nashville. She returned to Belmont a few years later as the Director of Alumni Relations before earning her Real Estate License in 2007. She lives in Williamson County with her husband Todd, her daughters Olivia (20) and Elizabeth (18) and her stepchildren Grant (17), Sydney (14) and Reese (14). Janet loves travel, photography, the beach, interior design, finding new restaurants, catching up with friends, and spending time with family!
