Janet did an awesome job! The selling of my condo was one that definitely had some problems to work through from dealing with the HOA to having the original contract fall through due to financing issues. But Janet was there every step of the way and was able to get me a new contract in under 24 hours. She also did a great job of helping me get my place cleaned up and staged well to get top dollar. She took very good care of me and was always there to answer any questions as soon as I had them. Highly recommended!

Janet helped my wife and I find our first home. She was poignant, prepared, and honest. She was knowledgeable on all types of properties. The entire experience couldn’t have been any better and that is in large part due to Janet. It’s important to pick a qualified realtor to explain the several nuances that comes with buying a house and she was able to simplify everything into a way my wife and I could understand. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Janet is the BEST realtor and I highly recommend to any of my friends who is in need of buying or selling house. She understands your need, culture, and works well with you to accommodate all your request. She made our selling very smooth and we got full offer for our house in 12 days. I would recommend Janet Hamm to anyone who is looking for a realtor with a heart for their client. When trying to sell my house in Center Point, Al., she was patient in explaining the numerous questions I had throughout the process. She guarded my interest in making sure that I wasn't taken advantage of and also kept me informed of any and all transactions that took place that I wouldn't have been aware of.
