Janet McCollough

Janet McCollough has lived in the North San Diego County area since 1972 she was first licensed in 1985 and has been helping buyers and sellers ever since. She has earned the trust of her clients for always being straightforward and always putting their needs first. Janet is also well respected among her colleagues for her experience and vast knowledge in many areas associate with Real Estate.

In her nearly 40-year career, Janet has sold all types of properties including single-family, attached, multi-unit, and residential lots. Janet is however best known for her skills and experience selling sub-divisions and raw land. She has helped numerous clients navigate the long and difficult process of selling or buying a property while gaining tentative and final maps of different cities.

The real estate market is ever-changing and Janet prides herself on helping her clients adapt to the various ups and downs of any market by arming them with the information necessary to make the best decisions for them.

Janet currently lives in Cardiff, CA with her husband Wayne. When she is not working you can find her hiking one of the many trails in the area or taking a walk on the beach. She loves spending time with her son Kyle, his wife Veronica, and her grandson, Aiden.
