About Janet

Janet Stewart was born in Fort Collins and has lived here all her life. She started real estate back in 1991, with a certification from the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI). With over 24 years experience in real estate and a deep understanding of this area, she is one of the top realtors in Northern Colorado.

Janet has been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, which is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. She is also a member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. Janet has helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes over the years and is well respected in the Real Estate Community.

In 2012, Janet Stewart, along with a group of experienced brokers, co-founded Elevations Real Estate LLC – “Making your dreams our business!”. It’s broker owned and operated. The company’s focus is client success and satisfaction.

When not doing real estate, Janet enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. Her husband Jack, is retired and loves to build cars. She has two grown daughters, three grandchildren and their dog Millie. Janet also loves traveling and cooking.
