Excellent real estate agent. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Speaks with great candor on homes, neighborhoods, schools, lenders, home inspectors, and even contractors. Tremendous negotiation skills; she will get you the most for your money, and will tell you if you are not. I would recommend Janice to prospective local home buyers, but especially to those new to the area.
