Janice assisted me along the way and helped me every step of the way. I am a first time home buyer and had no idea how to buy a house but she was guiding me and helped me find the right home by providing me a list of pros and cons. She is optimistic but realist. She negotiates purposefully and knows when to do so assertively as well. She has made my home buying experience an easy one.

She will go above and beyond to help you get you your dream home and I know it from experience. She will reach out to you even after moving in to check in and see if there's anything she can assist you with.

I don't usually leave reviews online, but for Janice I will make an exception... because she was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL in every aspect.

As a first-time homebuyer in a wild real estate market, I was reeling. And then I sent an email to Janice. Within MINUTES she responded!

Spoke with her and sent her a copy of my pre-approval letter, and almost INSTANTLY was provided access to Metrolist with a CUSTOM search based on my criteria.

When the house I wanted showed up on my custom search (... first day being listed), I sent Janice a text asking how soon we could see it. She arranged to see it the NEXT DAY!

I told her I wanted it, and that she had my COMPLETE TRUST to do whatever it took to make it happen. Suffice to say, despite the wild west market (i.e., multiple offers, bidding wars, etc.) she MADE IT HAPPEN!

All the while, Janice had only my interests in mind. She ADVOCATED for me with the sellers and their agent, with the mortgage company (... nudging them at all the right times without me even needing to ask), and she crafted an excellent deal all around.

Truly, I cannot say enough good things about her. I don't know where she picked them up, but she has some SERIOUS knowledge and negotiation skills. And her RESPONSIVENESS is nothing short of remarkable.

LESS THAN 10 DAYS after first contacting Janice, I was in escrow on my home. I cannot say enough good things about her. She made my dream a reality, so I can only can say THANK YOU!

I COMPLETELY RECOMMEND Janice to anyone who wants an active/engaged/knowledgeable/communicative/helpful real estate agent!

Couldn’t have asked for a better agent!!! Janice has been a great help with us as she only didn’t get us the desired home that we really wanted, she also got us some incredible rates with the help of their lending agent. As a first time home buyer, we had no clue on what we are doing, she was there to guide us through the whole process and made us understand the do’s and don’ts of home buying. She is good with what she does, she’s an excellent agent. She stays in touch with us from time to time even if she doesn’t have to. That’s how great she is.
