Janice Linn

Janice came to real estate from the legal profession. Working with town boards, developers, and individual home buyers and sellers made her realize how much she enjoyed working with the people behind the papers crossing her desk. A full-time focus on real estate was the natural next step.

She uses her legal and market expertise to guide home buyers and sellers through every step of the sometimes complicated sales process. Her in-depth knowledge and broad experience with all aspects of real estate sales allow her to position her clients for success. She keeps her clients informed and takes the time to explain everything in a straightforward way.

She is a Penfield native who returned to the area after living and working in several parts of the country. She continues to maintain her license to practice law in New York State and is committed to life-long learning. She enjoys hiking, attempting to improve her golf game, and spending time with family and friends.
