Janice O'Hara

Janice O’Hara specializes in working with first-time home buyers in the process of purchasing a home, walking them through every step of the purchase. She also loves assisting first-time home sellers as they navigate the process from the other side of the table.

An alumnus of the 2019 Leadership Charlottesville cohort, Janice is a member of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors. She serves on the Public Policy Committee and is also a member of the association's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Additionally, she is the 2023 President of Blue Ridge Network for Women’s Council of Realtors and a member of the Pat Jensen Leadership Academy, class of 2023. As a member of the National Association of Realtors, Janice has been a major contributor to the Realtor’s Political Action Committee. She has served as a qualified trainer for the Virginia Housing Authority.

When not working, Janice volunteers as a facilitator for Financial Peace University and is an active member of Black Women of Central Virginia. Janice is also an active member of Full Life Fellowship Ministries in Dillwyn, VA where she serves as a Deacon, on the praise team, and as the treasurer. She is a mom of two amazing children, a nana of seven grandchildren, and a dog mom of two fur babies.
