Janice Pigga

Janice Pigga, originally from central Pennsylvania, relocated to the Lehigh Valley in 2005.

With a Masters in Education, Janice began her career at Lafayette College, curating a diverse array of programming, from Intramural Sports to large-scale concerts and comedy events.

In 2016, Janice seamlessly transitioned her negotiation skills, cultivated from booking artists for events, to the world of Real Estate selling 35 homes her first year. Since then, she has proven her prowess with an outstanding sales record, boasting nearly $60 million in sales and successfully closing over 200 home transactions.

In her leisure moments, Janice finds joy in family time with her husband and 10-year-old son, Jackson. She loves bonding with her mini-dachshund, Kona, even incorporating her into reels and real estate videos. She also continues to teach fitness classes and plays tennis and pickleball across the region.
